The South Herts Bikeathon is a fantastic bike ride that takes in the very best that Elstree, Borehamwood, Ridge, Shenley and Radlett have to offer. We welcome cyclists of all abilities so come join in for a fun day out with friends, family and colleagues.
There are plenty of things going on during the day with various stalls offering a number of fun games and activities as well as tea, coffee, soft drinks and homemade cakes. Watch this space on how to sign up for 2011.

About this event
The route for this 19 mile ride will travel along country lanes with breathtaking views of the Hertfordshire countryside! This beautiful, rural route has a few hills; just enough to make it relatively challenging for any infrequent cyclists.
The children's route is perfect for kids under the age of 16 who don’t want to cycle on the open roads with the rest of the Sunday morning traffic. They can enjoy themselves on a well-marshalled off-road circuit around the grounds of Edge Grove School.
