Tri for life

Sunday, 05 September 2010

Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research have been chosen as one of four official charities for 2010. Tri for life has a Triathlon, Duathlon, Scootathon and a fun run.

The event was the brainchild of Harvey Selby. He saw the opportunity to combine the fastest growing sport with raising money for charities, and dreamt up Tri for Life, an event for all the family; fun, energetic but with a serious goal, to raise money for those in need. Although Harvey passed away in 2008, he lived long enough to see the inaugural event. His vision was an important one, one now being continued.
